EVOCHQ is a private community. In order to join, you must register to become a member. Registration is free and easy. All accounts are manually reviewed by the administrator to prevent spam and create a better community experience.
Types of Memberships
There are five (5) types of memberships:
- Member - This is the default membership type. Choose this type if you are:
- Emergency Vehicle Owner, Collector or Enthusiast
- Retired, Current or Future First Responder
- Own a reference site pertaining to emergency services
- Head a club or group relating to emergency services (such as an emergency vehicle car club)
- Other Supporter
- Department or Agency (this includes academies)
- Non-Profit Organization (such as police, fire and other emergency service museums)
- Business - Primary purpose of business must relate to emergency services
- Event Planner - Must plan emergency service-themed events
By becoming a member, you gain access to:
- The EVOCHQ Community (setup similar to Facebook)
- Pages and Groups
- Events (more than what is on our public Interactive Map)
- Marketplace - buy and sell memorabilia, collectibles and more.
- Message portal
- Discussion Forums - a great place to archive information, ask questions and give ideas for future website development and growth
- Emergency Vehicle Registry Submissions
- Contest Submissions - Such as the annual calendar contest
- Access to Special Merchandise to support this community and raise funds for museums
- and PLENTY more as we grow!
What are the membership costs?
None! 10-7 First Response is sponsoring the basic features for this project. Depending on the size and complexity of the website, we may have to add additional features that would require more financial investment. At that time, we may create merchandise or open it up to donations. We do not have dues or subscriptions that would require everyone to pay to access this community. All we ask is that you support us in any way possible, whether it be by spreading the word or buying merchandise (coming soon)!
